The Template Boxes Explained
Some of you may have wondered what kind of boxes are featured in the template. I shall tell you. In the background the first box on the left is a sculptural box of Tawaret, an Egyptian hippo goddess. It is a copy of an original. The second is of a powerful dragon. Its image protects whatever you keep inside the box. The next is a box with an image of Chinese or Japanese cranes and coasters inside. The last is a white porcelain heart box.
The next row contains a box from India, made from bangles found on the street. The center box can't be seen well but is a garden box probably used to house potted plants. At the end is a Balinese batik print box that you can just make out.
In the front on the left is a metal heart shaped box on tripod legs with pink roses adorning the top and sides. Next to it is an oval-shaped porcelain box that has a turf motif on its surface probably representing spring. Last but not least is dragon box with an Irish knot motif. I have these boxes and many more in my gallery and as this bog progress I will share more of them with you.
